Answers about signing up, installation, payment and reporting issues.
What documents do I need to sign up for SiNET FTTx?
Just your national ID card. Foreigners can use a passport, and companies need a company certificate plus a copy of the authorized signatory's ID card.
How long does installation take after signing up?
Typically within 3–7 business days after your application is confirmed, depending on the area and installation queue. Our staff will call to schedule a convenient time in advance.
Is there an installation or entry fee?
Most packages include free installation and a free WiFi router, subject to current promotion terms. Please check the promotion page or ask our staff before signing up.
How do I check if my area is covered?
See the list of covered provinces and districts on the "Service Area" page, or call 02 326 0999 with your address and our staff will check network availability right away.
What payment channels are available?
We recommend paying through the SiNET app — it's the most convenient. Other channels: PromptPay QR via any banking app, automatic bank/credit card debit, and any SiNET service center. See the "How to Pay" page for details.

Contact our Call Center at 02 326 0999, or message us on LINE Official or Facebook anytime. We'll run remote checks first and send a technician to your home if needed.
